Pay Small Small

Kalabash Pay Small Small (PSS) is a flexible travel payment plan that allows customers lock down great travel deals by making as little as 10% down payment of the total travel cost and paying the rest in convenient installments. PSS allows you to save as much as 150% by taking advantage of the ‘early bird’ fares, and spread your payment over a convenient period of time.

All payments for PSS transactions should be completed before the travel date
I opted for a 1 Month tenor but my travel date is in 4 months, can I defer my payment towards my travel date?
Yes, your repayment plan can be restructured and the rates applicable to the new tenor will apply
I have completed my payment but I need to cancel the ticket. How do I get my refund?
Simply send an email to customersuccess@kalabash54.com and the process will be initiated as applicable.
I have completed my payment but I am unable to travel. Can I leave my ticket open to be used in the future?
Yes, you can leave your ticket open and use it later. This must be within the validity period of the ticket.
I am unable to make my next installment on the agreed repayment date?
This will attract a default fee and a possible cancellation after a 30-day default period.
How do I know my reservation was booked?
You will receive an email on confirmation of your booking with the airline and your payment plan from Kalabash.
I am traveling in 8 months; can I make my booking with PSS now? How long can I spread my repayments for?
Yes, you can book ahead of your trip with Pay Small Small™. Our tenor ranges from 24 hours to 6 months.
Is there any service charge added to my fare if I opt for the Pay Small Small™ payment option?
Yes, Service Charges are applicable on all Pay Small Small™ bookings.
How do I know when the next payment is due?
Email notifications and reminders will be sent indicating your due date.
Can I use my Debit/ Credit card to make payments for Pay Small Small™?
Yes you can.
Can a customer increase the initial down payment?
Yes you can, while making a booking, you will be required to select your preferred down payment. you can select between 10% to 90% down payment.
When do I get my ticket?
Ticket is issued as soon as we receive your down payment. However, this will only be released to you upon confirmation of final payment as advised on your payment schedule.
If I default in payment, do I get back my Down Payment?
A minimum of 25% of the total transaction value is non-refundable. You will only get a refund if the down payment made is more than 25%. (subject to cancellation charges and refund status from the airline).
Does the Pay Small Small™ payment option allow cancellation or change in travel date?
Yes, changes are permitted on PSS transactions. Rules of the ticket will apply as regards refunds and cancellations.
Is Pay Small Small™ applicable to all ticket types?
Yes! PSS is applicable to all ticket types as long they are up to the minimum transaction value.
