Will passengers pay directly to AIICO or Air Peace?
The insurance is purchased alongside the ticket via the online ticket platform of the airline
Is the benefit amount flexible to negotiation?
The benefit amount is fixed and it is a compensation paid for inconveniences suffered.
Will passengers be issued insurance certificate?
Yes, passenger will be issued insurance certificate. The certificate will be sent to passenger-registered email.
In case I have a claim how do I report my claim queries?
You can reach out either by email or phone to any of the contacts at the bottom of the insurance certificate for your claim queries.
In the event my baggage is missing or there is a missing content from my baggage, will I receive compensation for this?
The policy does not pay for a missing baggage or contents missing from baggage. Compensation by this policy is the inconvenience passenger suffers because of missing baggage.
What is the expected turn-around time for claims processing?
The expected turnaround time for claims (after all documentations and execution of discharge voucher) is 72hrs.
What is the expected level of participation of Air Peace in claims processing?
Air Peace will confirm all passengers’ queries resulting to a claim.
Will the benefit be paid directly to Customers or Air Peace?
All benefits will be paid directly to the customer.
